This includes converting passive voice to active voice, streamlining layouts, and removing all grammatical, spelling, and formatting errors. My goal will be to ensure that your documents and accompanying files are easy to understand and accessible at all times.
I write work instructions and user, installation, configuration, and training manuals. My experience observing work in the field and documenting what I see has helped simplify steps for users, which has resulted in fewer errors and safer work environments. One of my specialties is editing work from non-English speakers to transform it into glistening, standard English prose.
